Job summary
Join our corporate communications team as a corporate communications manager and you will:
• Develop and review communications collateral, including press releases, internal and external corporate literature;
• Support development and execution of annual review, including development of key corporate messages, extensive copy production and review;
• Liaise closely with Public Affairs team to ensure alignment of messages and support PA efforts through corporate messaging;
• Help us continuously improve the way we do things, and bring new ideas to the table to make best use of SWIFT’s communication tools and channels;
• Provide crisis communications and media relations support, deputizing for both;
• Develop and review communications collateral, including press releases, internal and external corporate literature;
• Support development and execution of annual review, including development of key corporate messages, extensive copy production and review;
• Liaise closely with Public Affairs team to ensure alignment of messages and support PA efforts through corporate messaging;

You will work in close relationship with the Management team, the MarComms partners (product and services communication), studio teams (event Mgt and technical realization) and external suppliers such as media/PR agencies.

• University degree, ideally taken in the English language.
• Prior experience in a communications role is preferred;
• Background in banking / financial markets is a plus.
• Very strong English level, knowledge of French, Dutch or German is a plus;
• First-rate written and spoken English, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong eye for detail;
• Ability to develop clear, concise and compelling communications collateral across full range of output formats;
• Familiarity with media.
• Skillful copy proofer;
• Good organizational skills and proven ability to work in multidisciplinary team with diverse range of responsibilities;
• Collaborative team worker with well able to work both independently and as part of cross-divisional team; A strong interest in working with people;
• Proactive, self-motivated, results oriented and willing to take accountability;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Willing to travel;
• Culturally aware;
