Skills and Qualifications
- To oversee departments in the hospital; to manage personnel, finances and facility practices according to the set of policies and procedures.
- To ensure smooth running of the hospital and Oversee quality, improvement of process for efficient delivery of services in the hospital. To guide in setting operational standards in the hospital.
- To oversee the hospital budget and ensure that the hospital runs efficiently and delivers quality patient care. Create financial and business strategies to ensure fiscal viability of the health facility.
- Staff matters and addressing doctors’ needs and ensuring patients’ quality medical care and well-being.
Qualifications;
- Should have a Relevant Bachelors degree in Administration/Business or Hospital Administration from a recognized University.
- Knowledge of health service administration, public health or long-term care administration is an added advantage.
- At least two years working experience as an administrator in a busy Hospital or clinic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Disciplined, self motivated and able to function competently and productively with minimum or no supervision.
