We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator.
The role will be based in our BAM Plant division in Wellingborough, reporting to the Fleet Manager.
You will focus on:
- Assisting the Fleet Manager on day to day queries that may arise regarding allocation and disposal of all company cars, in conjunction the company’s nominated leasing provider(s)
- Ordering company fuel cards as required
- Processing monthly invoices for all leased vehicles
- Assisting the Fleet Manager with vehicle orders and bookings – deliveries and collections for all company cars and hire cars, in conjunction with company’s providers.
- Weekly updates of motor insurers database for all fleet changes, and in addition of all cars hired
- Providing monthly congestion charge summary for all company vehicles
- Maintaining accurate driver data and allocations using the fleet databas
- Maintaining accurate reporting and data using current spread sheets and database
- Assisting Driver licence checking using external resource
- Responding to driver enquiries and provide general fleet advice when required
- Assisting the Fleet Manager with running and providing reports
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous fleet experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong admin skills and the accurate data entry is essential
- Ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access required in order to maintain current records
