About Your Job::
In this role you will ensure timely & correct accounting of financial documents for Moscow in line with Qatar Airways Financial policies and internal accounting procedures. You will support the Strategic planning, Decision making, Costing, Project Management, Financial planning and Analysis in the station.
Your key accountabilities will be ensuring all vouchers and claims are countersigned to ensure that cross-verification was done in line with applicable policies and procedures. You will process payroll, handle petty cash, duty travel and entertainment expenses. You will assist the station in procurement of goods and services, safeguard the fixed assets of the Company, pay suppliers on time and also verify, check, process and account the invoices of Suppliers(AP). You will ensure compliance with the local taxation and budget reporting/ filing/compliance/ requirement. You would take care of all the Contracts and agreements and strictly follow QR policy and IAP and DOA. You will also support auditors during station audit and be involved in training new staff.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 Years of Job related experience. You will need to have an Accounting Experience of 5 years in airlines with at least 2 Years in similar capacity. You should have a user level experience with ERP and be proficient with spread sheets.
